Follow-Up on Doersken v. Marnor Holdings/MHL Transport

Following up on this Chilliwack Supreme Court case (No. S18691)

As noted in the original post, the claim was filed in December 2014, with the plaintiff seeking significant damages.

The defendant, Marnor Holdings, filed a counterclaim in March 2015. Then there was not much happening. Marnor changed lawyers in April 2017 and again in July 2017.

In February 2018, Marnor filed an application requesting a summary judgment. A response from Doerskin/Adalwolf followed a few days later.

And so, it would seem that this case is plodding along.
